Having spent over 7 mth...Great post! must go there! Having spent over 7 mths in 3rd world countries, I found that as long as you eat mostly freshly cooked hot food, you are fine, especially if lots of locals there. I only got sick once. On our recent trip we drank lots of juice, but it was freshly cut and blitzed, and we were fine.
